Notification of withdrawal from the Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center School of Nursing/Union County College Cooperative Program must be submitted in writing to the Dean, Schools of Nursing, Medical Imaging & Therapeutic Sciences.

A withdrawal form must be signed by the student through the Office of Registration and Enrollment.
