Has been placed on academic probation and fails to achieve
the minimum course grade in any course in subsequent
semesters. |

Fails to complete the program within the published timeframe
of 5 years. |

Is found guilty of violations against the school community,
the Medical Center community and its affiliates, civil and/or
criminal laws that are of such nature that the administration
of the School of Medical Imaging and Therapeutic Sciences and
of the Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center, deem dismissal to
be warranted. |
