Clinical education is provided at:
- Centra State Medical Center — Freehold, NJ
- Christ Hospital — Jersey City, NJ
- Hackensack University Medical Center — Hackensack, NJ
- JFK Medical Center — Edison, NJ
- Morristown Memorial Hospital — Morristown, NJ
- Overlook Hospital — Summit, NJ
- Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center — New Brunswick, NJ
- Warren Radiation Therapy Center — Warren, NJ
Students are assigned to the various hospitals for nine five-week rotations.
Students are required to complete a specific number of clinical
competencies during their clinical education. During clinical training,
students first observe procedures, then perform them under the direct
supervision of certified radiation therapists, nurses, dosimetrists or
physicists.
