  • Orientation
    • Orientation is planned to help each student become better acquainted with the faculty, students, facilities and policies of both the Medical Center and the Snyder Schools.
    • All first-time students and first-time student housing residents must attend the Orientation Program. The schedule will be mailed to you and will also be available on the website.
    • The Snyder Schools Student Handbooks are available on this website. It is the student’s responsibility to become familiar with school policies.

  • CPR - Healthcare Provider: All students enrolled in clinical courses must have current CPR certification. To take the course at JFK, contact Deidre Goebel via phone or email – (732) 321-7000 Ext. 62091 or dgoebel@solarishs.org and in the subject line, you must put “CPR.” The course title is “Health Care Provider.” It's a 4˝ hour course and the cost is $65.00.

  • Malpractice (Liability) Insurance: All clinical students are required to bring their original malpractice statement along with one Xerox copy the first day of class.
