Advise the Office of Financial Aid if the student changes his/her
enrollment status. |

Submit address changes in writing to the Office of Enrollment and
Registration. |

Advise the Office of Financial Aid of any additional aid received
not indicated on the financial aid award notice. |

Inform the Financial Aid Office of plans to withdraw or take a leave-of-absence
from the School or College. |

Submit to the Office of Financial Aid any required documentation
for verification of financial and other relevant information pertaining
to the student’s application. |

Give permission to the Office of Financial Aid to relate pertinent
financial, academic and other information to donors of aid as requested. |

Maintain satisfactory academic progress for financial aid. |

Grants and scholarships in excess of tuition, books, and fees are
classified as taxable income by the Federal Government. When students
receive grants and/or scholarships in excess of tuition, books and
fees, they must report
this excess as income on his/her federal
income tax return. |
