the pre-clinical phase of the program. |

Has failed to achieve a C+ in each nuclear medicine
course during a one-semester probationary period. |

Is found guilty of violations against the school community,
the medical center community, civil and/or criminal
laws that are of such nature that the administration
of the School of Nuclear Medicine Technology and Muhlenberg
Regional Medical Center, deem dismissal to be warranted. |
