STUDENT RE-ADMISSION
A student who has withdrawn from the School of Nuclear Medicine Technology and who seeks reinstatement must submit an application form and the application fee. If the student has attended other institutions since leaving the School, official transcripts from these institutions must also be submitted. Reinstatement will be granted based on academic performance and seat availability. Readmission must occur within 3 years of the withdrawal date.

Students who have been dismissed from the School for academic reasons must sit out one full 16-week semester before reapplying. Reinstatement will be granted based on seat availability.

Students who are readmitted into the School of Nuclear Medicine Technology must pay the non-refundable acceptance fee.
