All students belong to the Student Government Association, which governs certain student activities. It meets on a regular basis during the academic year to conduct business and sponsor a variety of activities including social events, fund raising projects, group discussions, and community service activities. Association members participate in the state and national student professional organizations. Representatives of the Association have the opportunity to participate in the state and national conventions of these organizations. Representatives of the Student Government Association may also serve on the Schools’ Faculty Organization, Student Services and Curriculum Committees and bring student concerns to these groups.
