All requests for graduate transcripts from the School of Nursing
permanent academic record must be made in writing to the Dean,
Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center Harold B. & Dorothy A. Snyder Schools.
Allow ten to fourteen business days for issuance.
Dates of attendance, name used while attending Muhlenberg,
and present address must be included in the request.
A fee is charged for each transcript.
Students are not entitled to transcripts until all obligations
to the School of Nursing have been met. All requests for transcripts
prior to graduation must be made to Union County College.
