A student who has withdrawn from the School of Nursing and who seeks reinstatement must complete a new application for admission. An application fee is required. If the student has attended other institutions since leaving the School of Nursing, official transcripts* from these institutions must also be submitted. Three new letters of reference and a new essay must also be submitted.

Enrollment in a nursing class will be on a seat available basis.

Students who are readmitted into the School of Nursing must pay the non-refundable acceptance fee.

* Only official transcripts can be considered to process your application. Official transcripts are those transcripts sent directly from one school to another school without student receipt and include an official seal of the school.
