FULL-TIME STUDENT
A student is considered full-time academically when he/she pursues a minimum of 12 credit hours. A full-time student may carry 12 to 19 credit hours. Written permission from the Dean, JFK Medical Center Muhlenberg Harold B. & Dorothy A. Snyder Schools, is required to carry more than 19 credit hours.

PART-TIME STUDENT
A student is considered part-time academically when he/she pursues 11 credit hours or less.

Courses bearing institutional credits are accumulated to determine full-time or part-time status.
