Has been on academic probation for two semesters. |

Falls within the dismissal range on the quality point
scale. |

Fails to achieve a C+ or higher in any radiography
course if the course has been taken twice. |

Fails to achieve a 100% on all clinical competency
requirements for a semester. |

In addition, the School reserves the right to dismiss students
from the program if they are found guilty of violations
against the School community, the Medical Center community,
civil and/or criminal laws which are of such nature that
the administration of the School of Radiography, deem dismissal
to be warranted.
