A student who has withdrawn from the School of Radiography and who seeks reinstatement must submit an application form and an application fee. If the student attended other institutions since leaving the School of Radiography, official transcripts from these institutions must also be submitted.

Students who have been dismissed from the School for academic reasons must sit out one full 16-week semester before re-applying. A student may be readmitted to the radiography program only once after sitting out in accordance with any dismissal action. Readmission will be on a seat available basis in the appropriate semester.

Students who are readmitted into the School of Radiography must pay the non-refundable acceptance fee.
